It's from S1. When the teacher(?) takes Caroline home and he's evil I think and then Stefan comes and saves her.

I think it's from when she got into the car with that news reporter guy who Vicki turned into a vampire. And DS tried to stop them, the car crashed or something and Stefan carried Caroline out from the car.
