A villain that I need to add to the villains thread OP.

...from episode 1...the forgotten villain I call him, but I'm not sure if he can travel from different times...he can appear and disappear though...his transportation looks like Nightcrawler's. I'll probably animate it later.

I see him as the type of guy who would take the viewer's off guard by how great of a role he can play on NOF...more then a comedian.
