i made it all the way through season 2. i was bummed owen wasn't around in the later half though. wtf? i guess him in three is worthy of the absence?

A lot of people thought it was weird how he played no role in late season 2 with helping Nikita defeat Division. Devon himself said that he hasn't been asked back at that time and wasn't sure when he would appear again. I think maybe the budget was running out and that's why they didn't bring him back for the end of season 2?
