So how he went in Division's radar? Jaden had a difficult life, Alex the same and Nikita too. They could have told it to us, at least

I wonder if he killed someone - even if the killing seems to be the first feature to being recruited

And honestly the same question can be done for Sara, too, do you remember her? The one of the suicide mission.

Can you imagine if Alex and Thom had met each other before Division, but then they didn't remember it? Even if I can't imagine Thom with drug dealers or prostitutes.

He could've perhaps killed someone, maybe not intentially but it somehow caught Division's eye.

It'd be crazy if they would've met before Division. So many possible scenarios!

Like Alex (I know that she and Nikita did it on purpose, but they killed a man Division was interested about). Definitely a scene with them talking about it would have been awesome! I'd like also if Michael, someday, will mention it, maybe talking about a certain killing and adding that Thom did it and they recruited him, then.

Something like: his famili was rich, thy hosted a party with some "girls" with Alex beng one of them...and with him seeing her and thinking that she was too young for that.
Or maybe he walking in the streets with his gang of friends and accidentally meeting her - she's under drugs and collide with him.
