Runtime Error - Debug
Does anyone know anything about this? At certain websites this dialog box comes up, asking to debug it's very annoying.

Usually a result of a programming error on their part. In Internet Explorer, try Tools\Internet Options\Advanced and uncheck Display a notification about every script error.
