I think if one of them is leaving the show it is over anyway. I even hope that, don't want to see a replacement for one of them.

They can’t be replaced the chemistry these two have is so unique

Don't see that happen either. Okay, Five-0 is a team, but Mcgarrett/Williams is the main part. The show is nothing without these two. I know it sounds mean, but I think that' the way it is.
