#8 - the other scenes are imo more about DE than this one. Though I do love it and love Elena for confronting Damon!

8 for me as well. It was hot, definitely, and i too love that Elena stood up to Damon, but that was the most upset weve seen elena with damon, and probably their lowest point because she thought he was a beater. LMAO. So yeah, lets get rid of it.

I knew it would come down to that 2. For a moment there I even thought of leaving 6 out of this one and combining it later on with 7 etc just for that reason.  It's so weird. I don't think he is "in love" with Elena in #6 but I also think he is being compeletely honest and genuine in that scene and the way he says "doesn't it always come down to the love of a woman" and looks at her would make one think he IS in love with her. I think it just shows how much Damon has missed having true company, someone he can really talk to and reveal parts of his "soul" to and as he can do it around Elena you oozes affection and love in that scene for Elena is special for him and he does love her even then, even if not in the "heads over in love with you/need to have you as my girlfriend" way yet... and I love the intensity of #10, how close Damon gets to Elena, how she is not really afraid and looks him in the eye and continues to scold him and ask questions... And him hinting there is much more to their backstory and how Stefan is not telling all the truth and that intriguing her it all!And I guess I will go with 6. Damon is always sexy and DE always have UST (though it was through the roof in #10!) but that early, such genuine moments of love and affection were a rarity for Damon and only happened around Elena. So they're kind of more special... #6 - 1 (Asena) __________________

Hmmm, this is hard, I was gonna vote for 10, coz 6 has Damon talking about Katherine, then realized Elena asked Damon about Katherine in 10 too
I guess I'll still go for 10, lesser Katherine talk __________________
