Well I don't know exactly but I think he might have been feeding on humans and she would reproach that to him.
And then he would go all "I'm not Stefan, I've never tried to be something I am not" or I don't know

That could be about so many other things but since he has blood on the lips while saying this, that was my guess (even though my theory is still quite vague

). What's yours?

I'm kinda thinking that maybe since Stefan told Elena to move on maybe she's expecting Damon to act more like Stefan to fill the void that Stefan left behind?!
