Their couple name is Spitfires because in an interveiw Tyler called Hanna and Caleb spitfires.

I think it's more referring to the banter they had, the way they kinda shot their dialogue back at each other, the passion they have, etc etc.

though, hanna is funny when she argues with anyone, it's just more priceless with spencer and caleb
