I don't think it was Lucas, since they showed him calling Alison a bitch and then unmasking. I think it was either Mona or Alison -- but whoever it was is Alison's height, and considering Mona only comes up to about Ali's shoulder ...

I have no idea, rewatching and discussing at the same time has left me with so many more questions than I used to have, like who was in the house? and what happened to Toby's mother? and why is Jason not in every scene?

I think Toby's mother is dead, tbh. There was a big emphasis made on how his father getting remarried was ~so soon~, which is a big indicator that she died.

I never noticed all the ~twin things in Alison's room until tonight, but I'm loving it now. Obviously there's the two pictures of Alison on her wall, but the other stuff is more ~subtle. And Sasha did say there were a lot of clues in the episode -- obviously her writing in her diary was a big clue that they were going with Mona as A, since that's how Mona was able to learn everything. (2nd!A knew about the diary too, so.)

And I feel like ... ugh, I can't explain it. I feel like I have the answers to stuff right in front of me, but I just don't ... KNOW. There were a LOT of hints about Mona being A in this episode though, when you go back and look at it in retrospect.

I wonder if we will ever see Eric Kahn on the show?

Not knowing who was in the costume makes it even scarier!

Who was the A who sent Alison the text and the package?!

So many questions!

I always assumed that she was dead, but now that I've paid more attention I'm not so sure, they cut off before saying dead, so she could have walked out/abandoned him. You can just never know with this show.

The only twin thing I've noticed before this rewatch was the pictures on the wall.

Believe or not, I think Dr. Sullivan is Toby's birth mother.

Did she tell the liars that someone was harassing her son? That's it.

No, Dr. Sullivan said Mona "threatened" to hurt her son, which is why she gave in and left town. But A was still threatening and attacking Toby long after Dr. Sullivan left and as crazy as Mona is, I don't see her going back on her word.

Also, why would Toby call Dr. Sullivan "Dr. Sullivan"? That would be like Hanna calling Tom "Mr. Marin."

Toby's mother died/left a year before the halloween episode was set, he would have been about 14, he'd recognise her.

OK, maybe not his mother, but she could be a relative of his, like his aunt or someone else. She must have some sort of connection with the Cavanaughs or the liars. Maybe the answer lies within the books, but anything is possible on a show.

Dr. Sullivan doesn't appear in the books.

I think he may just have reached out to her because he knew the girls were seeing her and was looking for, Idk, guidance or whatever. Or he knew her from before from therapy about The Jenna Thing.
