It's a network in USA.
It's how I first started Charmed.
Short version of how I got into it, I would watch Law and Order reruns when it was on at 7pm and I would put TNT on before it was 7pm like 5 to 10 mins before and Charmed would be finishing and it got me interested so I started to tune in earlier.
