. I'm still on my benefits, but we were suppose to have this week off.

You're not getting paid, but you have to work? That's...odd? Or do you not get paid at all? Maybe I'm just not understanding what you're doing exactly.

I had yesterday as my day off. It's been slow so we've had a few days off.

Tomorrow is usually my day off. I'm on the schedule cus it's company party day but I'm asking if I can just stay home since I won't lose any money since I have some comp time. Just not really in the best place mentally.

I'm currently on jobseekers allowance whist I look for work. What I'm currently on now is a 3 month volunteer program but I carry on getting my weekly payout from the government instead of being paid from the company. So I'm getting paid just not 'paid work' if that makes sense

Actually both sides of my family invited us over for Brunch. So I'm going to Brunch on my aunt on my mom's side with all my cousins/relatives, and then we might go over to my dad's brother afterwords...maybe, though we'll probably stay way too long at my aunts.

I'm glad this week at work is over. It's also nice that I get paid or tomorrow even though we are closed.

I'm also in the process of reducing my monthly payments of my student loans. It'd be a big help if I could. Then I'm booking my hotel for my conference in a few weeks along with finishing up S1 of GoT.

It's about the latest in fiction and buying fiction for a library's collection. It should be interesting.

I keep wishing it was Friday still. Or that we were stuck in a time loop where it was Friday. I don't like that my holiday weekend is already half over.
