Probably in it long enough to show us how he finds her attractive and then they almost have sex but he turns her down because he really like sand is afraid it could lead to more or something and his married. And then after he turns her down we don't see her. Or if we do it's her just being in a scene but not much else.

My friend alejandrasoto11 contacted Alchemy, the company who bought the rights to Zipper, on Facebook and they replied back with some additional info on the movie!

No release date has been confirmed, but it will be later in the year, around September.
If the film isn’t released in someone’s country, it will be available to purchase on iTunes and VOD around the same time as the theatrical release.
There will be a red carpet but they do not know where at this time.
They are working on an official Facebook page for the movie.
There will also be giveaways for Zipper merchandise.
