i just think it shows who clarke is. She's saying she could never stop caring about people which i find somewhat significant. Idont think its the BEST quote for sure, but i do think its better than a handful of quotes on there.

i mean, 15 is about someone else, not even about clarke. 17 is harsh, same with 6. I dont necessarily like Clarke being horrible in those two. 18 is basic. 12, 8 and 2 as well. Like, those could be said to literally anyone.

Thats imo 7 (plus the 4 that will have already been out) that are worse lol.

Hmm, you do have a point there. It's still not my favourite but I think that I'll end up voting a couple of these out first before #21.
