ah so what I wanted to post in here and never diod, was actually that I think both Kane and Indra need a best friend.

Neither of them has that relationship in their lives and I think it would be good for them.

Indra has octavia but that will always feel more like a mentor/ student relationship to me. And Kane has Abby but she is also his love interest, so...

I want these two to be bffs

I totally agree, Kate.

It's just a different dynamic for their other relationships so I would want them to continue this friendship and have it deepen over time.
