Well, if they would get floated on the ark for stealing a blanket, then she could get locked up for stealing school supplies (not literally someone's pencil from like, their bag, I'm joking). I doubt she did anything violent or drug related, she doesn't strike me like that type. But, what do I know!

I can’t see Harper doing anything violent to someone up on the Ark. So yeah, maybe stealing.

I don't think she stole anything because when they were in Mt Weather planning to break into Dante's office they all decided that Miller was the theif so his job was breaking in. I think Harper would have said something if she had also got locked up for stealing, since she didn't want to be the lookout

My best guesses for why she got locked up are either recreational drug use or some sort of elaborate prank gone wrong

Or after the credits when it's back to the episode put 'also starring'. Another show I watch did thar with an actor for years before they finally put him in the credits.

Chelsey is so nice

... and you can see in her panels that she is a really funny girl

... on the other side she spoke very openly about depression when she talked about her S4 storyline
