And all this time, I feel like she is portrayed as badass and she can be pretty savage. But that line and going to Octavia reminds us she's still very innocent and young. A baby!

I think that Clarke is trying to preserve her innocence as long as she can, but in a world as harsh as the 100, I'm not sure how long she can do that.

Yeah for real, I think she's EXTREMELY invested in doing that and at some point she's going to have to relent a little. But unfortunately she was confronted with nothing but crap since reaching the ground, so you can't blame her at all for being the most overprotective guardian in the world
