We don't know if the shower scene will feature Clarke anyway. And you don't have to show lot of body parts when you film a shower : head and bare feet can be enough. And as a CW show, they can't show intimate parts.Besides, I am expecting the shower scene to be real angsty : washing blood and everything. But I get the stuggle for female actor about fighting against the sexualisation of their bodies. Happened in Game of Thrones, when Emila Clarke (one of the main actress) had a lot of nude and sex scene in the first season and asked that some of her body parts to not be showed in her contract for later seasons. If Eliza is uncomfortable with nude scenes, she should have the right to oppose it. No, what you just posted had me worried about Eliza consent of turning certains scenes in season 3, especially the one with Nyliah wich is for me the most descriptive.

I fully support actresses who wish to not be shown naked on screen (or even partially naked). But yeah, either show someone else in a shower scene or just show feet with blood and dirt circling the drain While we're on the subject and I apologize since this is Clarke's/Eliza's thread. Bellamy's "shower scene" in s02 in Mt Weather did expose a lot of naked skin too

Obviously, it should be done in a way that Eliza is comfortable with and I'm sure she will voice out any concerns she has if she feels that it's being overdone/overtly sexualised so hopefully, it all turns out well and is filmed in an appropriate manner.

I know we don't know who the shower scene/s involve yet, and I know what they do and don't have to entail, I was just sharing what first came to my mind when I read the spoiler in the chance it may involve Clarke, purely due to how Eliza felt at SDCC really stuck out to me and a lot of other people. I knew back in July there would be one. I'm basically just saying I hope it's how he described it back then as she did get pretty uncomfortable at first mention.
