Sad but also proud to see Bob openly talking about his depression like this, and he also retweeted Luisa’s tweet on suicide. It’s not easy, I imagine, but him coming forward to talk about it helps others open up about it too.

I really wish I got to get his VIP room for Conageddon to discuss mental health in further detail. I just really hope he knows how much it means to us that he advocates for mental health awareness and that he makes a difference to us and makes us happy.

We actually had a speaker come talk to all the staff members today about mental health issues students deal with. So that’s a good first step. I just wish we could get someone to come talk to the students themselves about it. One of my fellow teachers really wants me to try to talk Bob into it.

I may ask him if he’s ever thought about doing any speaking to young people. I think they’d really appreciate his message and the honest way he conveys it. But realistically . . . my school can’t afford Bob.

Amelia, you’ll definitely get a chance to tell him.

How many autographs do you think you’re going to get with him?

That’s great, April and it’s a good choice that the talk happened with the teachers and hopefully next with the students. It’s good for them to know early on that it’s okay to talk about this subject and that it’s not a taboo topic ... yeah, don’t think that Bob can do it but hopefully one of the teachers is able to do that for the students?

Does anyone know why Bellamy was suddenly trending though?
