I would say that body comes not from the algae ... I think it comes from daily training with Echo ... horizontal and vertical training

It’s weird, because I went into the season feeling like we’d need a lot of flashbacks for this group, but now that we’re actually in it, I feel like we really don’t.

I personally wanted more space flashbacks. I like seeing things develop on screen instead of just verbal exposition. Plus, if you're going to make that a major plot point in between seasons and how the characters develop, it's kind of a waste if you don't actually show them going through stuff.
