Uhm . . . I didn't blur anything out in this batch. (do you mean in this batch?)
This was all from the screencaps  But I can show you how, sure, I've done it a few times ETA: in photoscape, have your icon. Go to the magic wand option (4th tab). Select effect brush and then select the 6th option from the options that open up. Zoom in on the image if needed  __________________

 Did you see screencapped.net finally updated?  That's how I made these If I make batches from other screencap sites my batches have way less icons, cause the quality isn't as good __________________
