I’ve given some thought to Bellarke touching and how their first kiss scene will be but then I keep reminding myself to lower my expectations.

I love it when Clarke does that thing where she buries her face in his shoulder.

I’ll be a goner the moment they cup each other’s faces and/or do a forehead kiss.

It was also done in a very deliberate manner, like how the camera panned to Bellamy and focused on him, as if it was us (as viewers) seeing how Clarke saw him for the first time in 6 years.

Not all my ships are angsty and certainly not as angsty as Bellarke

but it's been beautiful/organically built up so really, I'm pleased with how it is playing out and I wouldn't change a thing.

Gosh, after that super long hiatus for the new season, I'm over this 2 weeks' one.

It's funny how quickly I can get Bellarke withdrawals now. Although we probably got spoiled in the last two episodes and won't get that much again anytime soon, but I'll take what I can get.

I so wanted for Bellamy or Clarke to touch the other's face when they reunited, to really believe the other was real, but I suppose they were being hesitant, cautious. And I had high expectations.

But yes, looking forward to more touching between the two.

I really don't expect much Bellarke from the next few episodes but hopefully, we will get some small scenes here and there. Especially Clarke's mindset after seeing the kiss.

I had my own (high) set of expectations and would have loved to see that too ... but it makes sense that they were hesitant yet overjoyed to see each other.

I have lowered my expectations to zero, zilch, nada, nothing for 5x06 and 5x07, so anything, even angst, would be a pleasant surprise.
