Oh, I unabashedly love it when he calls her that, so yes, I’d love to hear it again. How it went from being a term of derision to a term of endearment is just great to me.

I’m probably still on the fence with that nickname

but it is nostalgic to hear it being mentioned again, and knowing that it’s a term of endearment now.
