What's a little unnecessary touching amongst platonic buddies?

This was also HIGHLY unnecessary. I mean, all he had to do was call her name, why reach out for the nail thing which involves touching her hand? Gosh, I miss these season 1 moments ... also, our first Bellarke hand!porn moment.
