Yeah I was already expecting some drama but ever since I read that Cate and Baze aren't over bit I can't help but feel we're on a timeline now.. like how long till they slipt up?

Ya exactly. It feels like we are just waiting for them to break up and then that is going to make it hard to enjoy even the happy moments

Yeah exactly, I guess we just have to take as much as we can.. but even if they divorce I'm fairly sure it will never be over between them. Of course she'll get with Baze but for me it doesn't mean they're end-game.

Ya I know that Cate and Baze will most likely get together but I don't view them as endgame either. I just think that if Cate ever tries with Baze that would be the end for Ryan. I just don't know how much more he can put up with he's already been through more than enough

I agree, Ryan has been through so much for Cate but I think they have a chance if afterward Ryan stays in their lives because of Lux and maybe after a few years she'll finally realizes what she really wants. I wouldn't want Cate to always go back and forth with the guys.

I know how all of you feel.
I don't want them to split up so quickly and if I think that we might only have 13 episodes more....it's like too soon...

Anyway I know sooner or later they will break up but I don't think it'll come from Cate's side this time, because if that's the case, CR would be really over and I believe the triangle won't be over so fast.

When Liz says "Cate and Baze aren't over" she means "the triangle will go on".
She basically wants to explote it as much as she can without ruining the show.
So, I guess Ryan will make the mistake and that mistake will open the doors of their marriage to let Baze in.

But then I always remember Dawson's Creek. I don't know if you've ever watched it but it turned out that the main couple (the one that was supposed to end up together) didn't finish together...

I think the first season did a great job of balancing Cate & Ryan and Cate & Baze.

And yeah, Dawson's Creek. *sigh* Hehe, I remember it too.

Hey, someone asked me if I was a Cate/Baze or a Cate/Ryan shipper? (I post in both threads, actually.)
I've never read the question. Sorry!

I'm a Cate/Baze shipper (I'm shipping for them in the end, because I'm a romantic with no cure) but I love Cate and Ryan.
And I'm as torn as Liz must be
The way I see it Cate and Baze are the ideal couple, while Cate and Ryan are the real one. And if LUX wasn't a tv show they would be the kind of couple that loves each other more with time and finally makes it against the all odds.
Sorry if someone gets disappointed but I've never posted something I hadn't felt or thought.
Even being a CB's shipper I try to be objective and whenever I say I love something of CR it's because I really do!

I know that they eventually going to split up; but I don't want the cause of the end to be like a betrayal.
It would really pisses me off if they broke up because Cate cheated on Ryan with Baze or because Ryan cheated on her with someone.

Did you gyus read an interview with Britt Robertson where she says she is Team Ryan?

I read an article on facebook about Cate and Ryan and Liz says that this season is gonna be a lot about Cate and Ryan surviving the first year of marriage with issues that don't involve Baze. I was going to post it but it has a lot of spoilers for stuff.
