They really are when we where kids we had great shows they werent catered to a small child they made sense aka boy meets world they dealt with a lot more mature thing's yet it's a kid show

I was obsessed with The Tribe, and that covered adult issues from early on. Far more enjoyable than watered down, recycled jokes.

It ran from 1999-2003 and was filmed in New Zealand. Post-apocalyptic drama where all the adults are dead and the kids have formed tribes.
