He sang the National Anthem at the NASCAR race yesterday.

They do that all the time with the people who have been on American Idol it's nothing new. But, yeah they should just introduce him as Kris Allen and not mention AI.

It's nothing against AI, I like the show (the older seasons anyway, lol) and I'm very thankful for all the talent that was on there.
I just think for ones that won long ago, maybe it's best to get past that label and just call them a 'recording artist'. Or even AI winner AND recording artist. Thanks for the video again. It was nice to hear Kris really showcase his voice. __________________
