Steph- I read your paragraph and it's very good...except they didn't dump the tea into the river. It was the Atlantic Ocean, specifically Boston Harbor. That's why it's called The Boston Tea Party.

But I really like the spirit of the paper. It's interesting. Also, please avoid using word combinations like "this that". They're vague placeholders. Good luck with writing the rest of your paper! I know it'll be great!

I'm more cut out to write, like, opinionated essays. The use of facts feels way too restrictive

I'm gonna have a real issue when I move past the intro

Facts don't have to be restrictive. This is basically an opinion piece anyway. You just have to use facts to back it up. History itself is basically fact and opinion mixed together. HISTORY= HIS STORY.

Just pretend you're writing a shipper post and using show canon to back it up.

Instead of saying "this that", actually define what you're talking about. Even if you have to repeat it again and again. It keeps things clear.
