He was in such a rush about trying to make her a homemade Valentine's gift that he just picked out whatever he could find to give to her typical Chandler but he felt so bad about it afterwards because he loves her so much

He definitely deserved what he got for that. He could've told Monica up front that he forgot and she would've told him she did, too. But instead he capitalized on it and then karma got him back with that mixed tape. Moral of the story, the truth is the smart way to go.

This scene was one of the best and Chandler goes "yet I never run into Beyonce!" loved how he started to tell her that he wants and needs her and they can be together every day just so she doesn't move there
