I love that they are competitive. My favorite competitve scene (next to fighting over the football) is in TOW Ross Got High and they keep bringing up each other's secrets to thier parents so that the other will be in more trouble. Also I love when they are sweet to each other, like when Ben was born.

My sister and I are sorta competitive, but we were more so as children. We are both still dorky though,
I'd liked to think if I had a brother he'd be geeky and cute like Ross.

Welcome allyru! I don't know if we're going to have a list. We might eventually. What does everyone else want?
I was watching TOW The Lottery last night and there was a sweet Monica and Ross scene:
Monica: You know what, Ross? I'm gonna throw in 50 bucks for you.
Ross: Why?
Monica: Because I know that you think the lottery is "boohaki" but we're all here and gonna watch the numbers and have fun. And you're my brother, and I want you to be a part of this.
Ross: You don't have to do that, I'll pay for myself. But just the fact that you want me to have fun with you guys - that's so sweet! Come here (they kiss and hug)
Phoebe: Get a room!

And then I was also watching one of the season 2 episodes on DVD and there was this:
MONICA: Ross, I hated you when we were kids.
ROSS: You hated me when we were kids?
MONICA: Yes. I hated you. I mean I, I, loved you in a 'you're my brother so I have to' kind of way, but basically, yeah, I hated your guts.
ROSS: Why did you hate me?
MONICA: Because, you were mean to me and you, you teased me and you always, always got your way.
ROSS: And that wasn't fun for you?
MONICA: Duh-huh!
ROSS: I can't believe you hated me.
MONICA: Now I love you. And not just 'cause I have to.

What's your favorite Ross and Monica moment?

I love this one:

[Scene: Monica and Rachel's, everyone is mopping around and eating ice cream.] Rachel: Remember when we went to Central Park and rented boats?.. That was fun. Ross: Yeah. He could row like a viking. Monica: (entering) Hi. All: Mmm. Ross: So how'd it go? Monica: Oh, y'know.. Phoebe: Did he mention us? Monica: He said he's really gonna miss you guys. (dubious look) Ross: You had a rough day, huh.. c'mere. (She sits down and Ross strokes her forehead.)

Their dance in TOW the Routine is probably my favorite Monica/Ross moment. It was so hilarious!

Another one of my favorite Ross/Monica moments is where they found out they kissed each other in high school. I don't know which episode it was but it was so hilarious!
