It is very true. Monica has always taken care of everyone, she was the mother of the group and she so deserved to be a mother literally. I was sad at first because they couldn't have kids, but the writers came up with such a beautiful storyline for them...

Aww, I also adore that Chandler speech, it was so great and emotional

I must have got teary-eyed/almost crying only like 2 or 3 times on this show and that scene when MC learned they couldn't have children is one of them, it really got me Courteney and Matthew played it so well, their expressions, their hug, the silence, it was so sad! So I was really glad for them when they finally found a way to have a (well two) baby Like you guys and Chandler said, Monica was already a mother but without a baby, she was so ready for it and wanted it for such a long time, it was great that she got what she always wanted with Chandler, who again was just awesome when he made that speech to Erica!

It was awful- especially as it reflected CC's real-life fertility problems. Those scenes must have been so emotionally horrible for Courteney, but she acts her gorgeous little butt off and never fails to make me cry like a baby.

You know what I really love about the scene where they find out they can't have a baby (not love... well, love from a writing standpoint) is when Chandler is joking about barcaloungers, Monica just says "Chandler" and he becomes deadly serious. It always causes a biiiiig lump in my throat.

But then look how happy they were, after Chandler made that beautiful speech and told her it was okay for the baby :





Chandler: You still want that baby?
(Monica plays those words back in her mind and then smiles and runs to Chandler, who is twisting with joy. They hug.)

i love that episode it was on e4 recently and the one where chandler moves into monicas came on yesterday

but i do love the vegas episode and when chandler tried to make a dramatic exit but he doesnt like packing hehe and i liked the fact that chandler said to get married and not monica and prooves that he's moved on from that fear of comitment stage-i always thought that was funny
