I think it was just because they want to air the Halloween episode closer to Halloween. I know alot of shows do that.

Halloween is the best, and it's on a Saturday this week.

Bonnie and Damon are the personification of Halloween, both supernatural...it's only natural that they interact on Halloween.

My night isn't going to be that great either. Going to go take my baby cousins trick-or-treating and wear a mask to try and pass as a pre-teen so I can snatch some candy.

Lol, aww! I remember doing that with my little cousins two years ago too.

Our midterms are always around that time, so barely anyone can go out and have fun that night at our old age.
