I think he would initially be all cool about it but then the jealousy would creep in and he would try to bring her back to him but not like that way he tried to steal Elena from Stefan. I'd like it if he just wanted her not for the power over Stefan but just because he wants Bonnie.

Damon would at first just ignore it, pretending he's not affected. But it'd eat away at him, watching Bonnie laugh and have fun with Stefan. He'll get jealous and start being badder than usual. When Bonnie asks him what's wrong, he freaks and kisses her.
