I still believe that there was something between her and Stefan

I mean, Stefan has never actually been "flirty" with anyone, not even Elena, but somehow I got that vibe from him when he talked to "Sheila".

I don't think so. They never touched each other before this handshake, otherwise she would have already known he was a vampire.
The vibe was mostly nostalgia about that period when Sheila was a charismatic leader of a common ideal.
