I don't even try to argue with fans anymore, they want to see what they want to see, I could easily beat all their arguments against Elena or prove them they apply to other characters too, but I'd waste calories for nothing

I think they could think about a s8 only of 11 episodes and with Nina in them, otherwise they should end it here, characters have barely anythign left to say, they're beating a dead-horse

If there is a season 8 the CW have lost there mind b/c there not much storyline too tell they have to know that DE kept them in the media. I have this feeling a lot of people are not going to be talking about the show.

Media are the worst, they so mysoginistic and nor objective with Elena, they clearly don't watch the show at all, or they'd acknowledge her strenght, she showed it many times as much as other characters But nooooo, they reduce her to a love-interest even if she's much more

Yeah they clearly picked a side. I never read episode recaps either because they're all complaining about whiney Elena being in danger all the time.
