I liked this one better because of how gentle and kind he was to her. It was the episode I decided I could see them as more than friends.

TVD is my multi ship show so everyone works well with everyone for the most part. I can see it down the line of course. They are similar in many ways that could work for them, or they could end up driving each other crazy because of that
