Yeah. I worked as a waitress for a summer (never doing that again) and it was HARD WORK. I can't even imagine owning one, the stress would kill me.

Yeah, i worked at a restaurant, in the kitchen a few years ago, for almost a year.. though casual basis.. but it was insane.

I mean I've worked in stressful situations (6 years of working retail at xmas), but a dinner rush after working lunch was too much for me. I used to work ridiculous hours. never again.
