They could. If the writers allow the baby to also be about Hayley and not only about Klaus. She's the one carrying it after all.

I think they haven't really delved into the baby plot from Hayley's POV because there probably won't have a baby on the show.

That's an interesting point. Then i sure hope they would give us her POV on losing the baby.
