I really hope they don't get together in the time jump, I would hate that, I need to see them getting together. But in the flashforward someone tells Caroline that the originals are nowhere to be found, if I'm not wrong. So maybe something happens to Elijah too

I'm pretty sure it's just Klaus. I guess they even mentioned it in the newest TVD episode (from what tumblr showed) and it's only Klaus that's being addressed.

Seems they are now back together? A bit confused, but they are at least heading in that direction which is shocking considering I was expecting it to happen next season .

It seems to good to be true this soon. I think the last two episodes will do something to cause them to be separated for a while or something. This way, the Haylijah shippers have something to hope for in S4 and will stick around during the hiatus. I personally don't trust the writers to put them together so close to a hiatus without screwing them and us over during the hiatus. I want them together now but at the same time....I'm conflicted.

I have a feeling we'll get a few good scenes in the last two episodes only to have something happen to separate them for a while longer. If done right, I don't mind that happening because they have a better chance of being written better in Season 4 if they end this season apart. Considering when the writers do write Haylijah scenes they're usually good ones, I have some hope/faith left in the writers. They haven't given me reason to give up on their writing permanently yet. Hopefully that day does not ever come. I'm keeping my faith in the writers when it comes to Haylijah for a little while longer.

They probably aren't together-together, but now you know after her and Klaus talked that she's putting her guilt aside because she wants to be with Elijah. I think that scene was of her trying to give him comfort because he's upset about everything that went down that day and how Marcel blew up at them. I think maybe that relationship discussion won't even happen and there will just be a kiss during a point that the stakes are high and they're worried about each other…like the finale.

I think writers won't drop Haylijah. They're working on it since S01E01. They're the couple of the series. The others ones come and go but Haylijah is always there (even when she was married there were "subtle" hints).

Wow just watched the newest epsiode! I agree, I also just cant trust the writers I am sure that there are going to be some scenes and maybe even the final scene in which they kind of get back together but yeah as already mentionend they will for sure separate them and who knows what is going to happen or what they are going to do next season... I dont know what to think about that cause it could be awesome and horrible at the same time
Still there scene was so beautiful! I just hope that this wating game is going to be over next season - in which way, well lets see.
