 And about your last post, I haven't watched the panel, but I do belive you when you say you didn't see anything that hinted Klayley. I've had enough experience with these fandoms to know that they read too much into things and love to twist words around. I still think that if they ever go the TVD 2.0 rout it'd be the end of the show. __________________

That's the thing, if they know that the baby has enough mixed opinions then why shoot themselves in the second foot with attempting the 2 bros 1 girl thing again? It also won't do any good for Hayley after they tried to repair her to tone the hate down, and it wouldn't do any good for Klaus either since regardless of the fact that he is the father, he will still look like the third wheel. I just don't see why they'd throw in Jackson if they wanted to try a different triangle all along.

I'm not going to lie, the whole Klaus can't love and will destroy Caroline comment annoyed me. Klaus can't love, but please come ship Klamille on The Originals, because we all know where that is going. It also doesn't give Caroline enough credit; who isn't an innocent little snowflake by any means. Plus, I think Caroline has a little of darkness within herself anyway. Just a weird comment and basically torpedoed any future pairings.

I loved Joseph's KC explanation. Of course Klaus can love people but all you have to do is look at his relationship with Rebekah who he has had the closest relationship with and which has been 1000 years long to see that he has some serious issues. I don't know how long it will take to get Klaus to a place where he can be truly happy after all this time. And even if Klaus has a relationship with somebody other than Caroline I don't expect it to be sunshine and roses.

I watched the panel and personally I don't think Plec hinted anything. I could see why people got the impression though

I think you could see her 'one or maybe posdibly more than one hero falling for Hayley' as a Klayley hint. Even if it was mumbling it apparerntly has crosed her mind. Or do you think she was talking about Jackson? And then you have Phoebe asking 'what asbout Klaus' in the Elijah or Jackson question she got. To me it sounded like they were testing the waters to see if there would be any positive audience response to that possibility or they are trolling and hrowing Klayleys a bone to keep them interested in the show.
I agree with you Flora. I dont think its Joseph not liking Klaroline, I didnt hear him say that. I also dont think he doesnt like the idea of Caroline and Klaus in the future. Its just that Candice is not on the show and he is no shipper, so hed be fine with another girl fullfilling that role in time. Also think he genuinly doesnt think Klaus should be in a romantic relationship at this moment and I do agree with him there. @marisol he didnt say he doesnt think Klaus will never be ready for a relationship, so it still leaves the door open for Klamille in the future. (I ofcoursecam hoping for a Klaroline future) Flora I also thought they already went to far with Haylijah and with the introduction of Jackson I thought that would be it for Hayleys love interesr. But the panel made me doubt Julie. She might be stupid enough to go there and make Hayley even worse than Elena. __________________

The panel didn't talk about Jackson very much but Plec mumbling the last comment is why I didn't really take it into account, it seemed like it just crossed her mind and we don't even know who it was referring to.
Right now I think there's going to be a cluster of ships in the show for testing the waters, then by season two, they will decide which ones to continue developing and which ones to tone down or completely drop. For me I think the best judgement of the future comes from the tags, from tumblr and twitter to the Facebook comments, it's one thing for the writers to ignore klaroline or keep it on the side for backup, but since this is still a new show I think they're going to observe all those reactions to determine which ships to drag out. Imo I just think klaus and jackson are props for EH, they don't feel threatening but the writers surely want those fans to get worried. __________________
