Again they just rushed that story along too because they didn't really have the skills to write it in a believable way. Plus viewers were getting annoyed with Elijah living on a farm for like 6 episodes .

It did get boring..Elijah was out of the action..

It was just annoying. This whole season has been kinda lame in regards to Elijah. He was chained up for a few episodes and then working on a farm even longer. I'm happy he's back in the action.
