Exactly. It makes them human but in the state they were before the transition. As in dead then.

I understand Damons POV concerning the augustine past but Enzo just wasn't good for him right now. He wanted to kill Elena and Stefan (and was not innocent when it comes to Damon going backwards with killing Aaron) but Damon suddenly thinks killing is not an option? There have been worse, but there have been better.

All I can think of about this is that now they are even about the Lexi thing. So get it over with

enzo pretty much killed himself. What Damon did to Lexie was so much worse, so as badly as I feel for Damon that Enzo died, I'm not going to hate on Stefan

It can makes them humans, but they'll be dead, yeah

It's not for vampirism specificaly, it's for undoing magic and spells, that's why Markos needs it

Although I do eyeroll a lot about them keeping it a secret, especially since Damon made it obvious that he's not going to give up on Enzo
