Its gonna be a process

first with the submission of internal review on the original denial

lawyer said they rarely change their mind, than would be a tribunal that he said could be like 8 month wait. He said sometimes doesn't make it to the tribunal where between the appeal and tribunal, they change their decision

He says that I have a strong case

even if they just want to do 2 years and than a review, that'll allow me to get the hell out of this apartment and go forward. I told him after everything settles, would look at going back to school|work where its not like I won't try if seen capable

so think that's a plus

I threw alot at him which probably helps cause he said the department at the hospital may not have completed fully especially considering I saw my Family Doctor for 6 months before even the hospital department. So I have family doctor medicial sick notes of when I took unemployment sick leave

Provided the organizations am involved with related to the employment services and councelling. Gave him what I had supporting I had a learning disability - he's going to get everything from the school board

so that'll help and help me have what I need to seek an updated testing with how I want to know both learning|mental disorders to know what I can or can't do
