i wasn't thrilled with the idea in the past, but now that I heard the new about Chord I'm upset we didn't get a Sam/Rachel anything.. friendship or anything

Well... I think Chord will jsut keep the same status that he was getting before... aka recurring guest star

and he got a lto of screentime as a recurring guest star.. so it's still possible.

It would have been interesting to see Jon work with other cast on the show. I think I read an interview before where he mentions that he is impressed by Naya or something
