I think it makes sense that in their first full song, Rachel/Lea overpowers Finn's voice. at this point, his character has not had the proper musical training that Rachel probably has, and as time goes on and he becomes more confident with his voice, hopefully we will also see the balance between Rachel and Finn's voices.

In the first episode, I think it's a toss up between his "We're all losers" speech or singing "Don't Stop Believin'" (mostly because I loved the way he sometimes looked at Rachel during their duets

It was, I think I decided that I love him at that moment, especially when he said he won't quit either Glee Club or Football because both needs him to win.

I love that speech but i also love when he talks about how he thought that the club would be really lame but he doesnt care he wants to be in the club with the rest of them.
