and my ideal first date would be finn asking her to take a trip with him away from everything. they could go to the beach or something. (wait, where do they live?) okay, so maybe a lake. LMAO. I like the picnic idea. Or they could go swimming and have a totally hot wet scene in the lake. thatd be pretty fantastic.

I don't know about beaches in Ohio, but I'm sure there's a body of water there somewhere for out of town trips.

And I like this idea. I'm not sure about this being a real first date, but I can see it more as Finn inviting Rachel out to just come with him to get away from his troubles for a while as a friend... but things get hot, heavy and wet. And it can end up with them also discussing where they stand with each other.

Hehehe Finn just comes up to Rachel and asks her to come with him, and she's like "to where" and he'd be like "I don't know. Anywhere." and she'll understand that he needs to do this and he also needs a friend.
