Matthew was fantastic on West Wing. I remember wishing he had done more episodes after Friends was finished. He would go on to do another dramatic roles, names Good Wife but he was fantastic on West Wing.
Love the interview scene between Josh and Joe Quincy. Donna's reaction. And her teasing Josh before hand. __________________

5 TV Shows With Great Endings (& 5 That Disappointed Fans)
Some series finales are memorable and heartwarming, yet others are so disappointing that they tainted the rest of the show's reputation. The West Wing's Transition of Power Gave Viewers Closure The West Wing is one of the preeminent political dramas in TV history. With a framework established by Aaron Sorkin in the first seasons, The West Wing deftly mixed comedy, drama, and plenty of walk-and-talks. Though John Wells took over showrunner duties from seasons five through seven, The West Wing remained extremely popular. The series finale detailed the transition of power between Bartlett and Matt Santos and featured most of the original cast, including Rob Lowe, in a brief appearance. Furthermore, after Toby Zeigler was fired for revealing state secrets, the president pardoned him. It was a fine last page to an amazing show. This show did have a good ending. It would have been neat to see a season with Josh and Donna as Chiefs of Staff and Santos as president but I was happy with the closure of the series finale.
