Oh yeah, I forgot about the guy she dated before the one she's with now. He didn't seem bad either. They are both much better than those womanizing douchebags Justin and Kevin that used and threw her away. Nice OP too, I think this is my first time seeing it lol.

I love her music.
Glad she's so close to getting her freedom. Although I remember that time where the conservatorship begun, and she "was" spiraling. But obviously it began to get to the point, where people were looking at the money they were getting, and were not willing to look at what at was best for her, as time went on. At the expense of the money they were getting. As was in the Neflix documentary. Hard to know how bad her relationships really were. After Kevin. Because if Jaime wanted them to end, he could decide that they would end. She really is a icon. __________________

Definitely. I think I remember at the time. They used Jaime for the conservatorship application because he was not around. So, he was obviously out of the circle. Instead of using say Lynne. But obviously with all his flaws. If he had any concern for this daughter in the beginning. Because she was spiraling. It was outweighted once he saw the perks that came with the role. The money. And for awhile they continued them because it got out her out of having to be disposed in any lawsuits.
But obviously once they put her back to work. The money grew. No one thought they should end it, and maybe she was ready to deal with it all herself. And to question the need for the conservatorship once she was visably going on tours, Vegas, and all those CDs. Using access to her children as pawns. Ugh! __________________

I agree it was needed at first cause Britney was having a mental breakdown. I still remember when she got wheeled out on a gurney after she locked her and her kids in a room and refused to come out. After that moment, I thought things would never be the same. So it may have been for her mental health at first, but you can tell later people just got greedy and wanted her money. In general, I just think the conservatorship is EXCESSIVE and unnecessary. They had her under all that bs like she a murderer or a child molester. I mean, damn. All of that didn't need to happen to her.

What surprised me. It's one thing for the lawyers to be seduced by the money. But none of the judges took a serious look at it. Especially once she was out and was very visable in working. Making music. Why did they not question the initial application. Or the continued need for the conservatorship. Because you are NOT supposed to be a functionally working individual under such a application, and especially consideration the factors they indicated she was under.
They rubber stamped it at each court hearing, and especially with knowledge that Britney was bristling under it and wanted freedom. Why not check on it, and what was going on. Until of course it went public, and only then did they question it. The fact she was not allowed her own attorney until this summer. Stinks. __________________

Definitely a factor in the many lawyers. They got paid off. Or even Britney's former management team. But you would think the judges would be different. That the court system would would question why there was a need, and given Britney's wealth. Question if she was being taken advantage of...There probably so much more that we do not know.
She needed it in the beginning no question. But there came a time. Not thirteen years later. __________________
