I really liked season 1. Ironically I didn't ship anyone much back then. But I really liked Katy's character. After season 2 I stopped watching.. But a year later I found out about JP and decided to give it a try again. But season 1 is still my fav. I think it was written pretty well.

Season one was a great season, mostly because it was raw and untouched so to speak. The entire season was filmed before it even aired. I saw it long after I watched the rest of the show and I was blown away by how different it was from the other seasons. It's probably one of my favorite seasons of the show.

I think most shippers can agree on that season if no other.

I always loved Jen I felt she was one of the characters who had a ton of growth and maturity through out the series. I am in the minority but I liked both Pacey/Andie and Joey/Pacey. I also liked Jen/Dawson and appreciate some of Dawson/Joey moments in S1.

Nothing wrong with multi-shipping! Kind of makes things easier on your heart really.

Personally, I never shipped DJen but I did enjoy their friendship.

I didn't like Dawson and Jen as much in the first season, but when they dated again later on I liked them a lot more. I was always a Pacey/Joey fan though.
