Weird for the characters and the cast themselves. In my opinion, I think they've reached the we appreciate the show, but we are tired of it, of each other... it's time for film and music careers phase. For Vampire Diaries sake... I really hope they avoid this stage.

The worst was Chace and his Nate is stupid,like in a subtle way he called the show stupid too

I remember that interview... Chace pretty much acknowledged how dumb Nate is.

It was sad, but funny. Poor bb's... I don't blame them for wanting to move on.

the problem with GG is it ran out of good ideas by season 2. A blk of it's uniqueness came from the high school prep thing. Now they're just a bunch of young adults living their lives based on an anonymous blogger. it's not cute. that's why i say, I almost appreciate what the writers were tryingt o do by reducing the GG blasts and stuff. It seems so inorganic now.

And the characters are making the same mistakes they were 2 seasons ago. Everyone had to take steps back to keep the illusion alive. This season, imo has been pretty forgettable. I can't imagine what they'll be doing 2 seasons from now,

No one has matured after high school. And some of the characters never matured since the pilot. It's annoying as hell.

I feel for Chace. Because for the most part, Nate has been the "dumb" character and I've seen him in movies and he's pulling a lot of weight so it's not fair to him.

And Vanessa, lord. I don't blame Connor for not signing on. Because truly, the difference between Vanessa and Eric's screentime? Nothing. Neither of them get their OWN storylines. They're tag-alongs, especially to the Humphreys.
